End-User License Agreement
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Rapid Fire Reports, LLC governing your use of the RapidFire Reports software and services.

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Rapid Fire Reports, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the RapidFire Reports software application and related services (the "Software").
By clicking "I Agree," creating an account, or otherwise accessing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:
- Access and use the Software solely for your internal business purposes as a home inspection professional or inspection company.
- Create, store, and manage inspection reports and related data using the Software's features.
- Allow authorized users within your organization to access the Software under your account, subject to seat or user limits in your subscription plan.
This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.
You may not, directly or indirectly:
- Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Software.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, transfer, or otherwise make the Software available to any third party.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software.
- Use the Software to develop a competing product or service.
- Use the Software in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Use automated scripts or bots to access or interact with the Software without our written consent.
The Software and all copies thereof, including all intellectual property rights therein, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Rapid Fire Reports, LLC. This EULA does not convey to you any title or ownership interest in the Software, but only a limited right of use as expressly set forth herein.
You retain all rights to the inspection data, photographs, and reports you create using the Software ("Your Data"). We claim no ownership over Your Data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle Your Data.
We may from time to time provide updates, patches, bug fixes, or new versions of the Software (collectively, "Updates"). Updates may be applied automatically or may require action on your part. This EULA applies to all Updates unless a separate license is provided with the Update.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Software at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of all data you input into or generate through the Software. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit such data and that doing so does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data; however, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee against all unauthorized access or data loss. We strongly encourage you to maintain your own backups of important data.
The Software may include or link to third-party software components, libraries, or services subject to their own license terms. Your use of such third-party components is governed by the applicable third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party components and provide no warranty with respect to them.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RAPID FIRE REPORTS, LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, BE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU USE THE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RAPID FIRE REPORTS, LLC OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS EULA OR YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THIS EULA SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rapid Fire Reports, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of or access to the Software; (b) your violation of this EULA; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) infringement by you of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
We may also terminate or suspend your license at any time for any reason, including non-payment, with or without notice. Sections covering ownership, no warranty, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive any termination of this EULA.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this EULA shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
This EULA, together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Rapid Fire Reports, LLC with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this EULA will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
